Intel Motherboards : No USB3 on Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac

Please check if "Usbtreeview" reports your USB drive connected to a Superspeed USB port.
UsbTreeView can show a 'H' in the icon of the high-speed ports and an 'S' for the SuperSpeed ports.

I have tested a 16GB USB flashdrive on both USB controllers (Asmedia & Intel) and no difference in speed detected in the benchmarks between USB controllers :
