Intel Motherboards : cracks-pops using digital sound on ASRock X99 OCF

I have Edifier R2800 with Optical In, so i connected the digital Out from my ASRock Mobo X99 OCF and every time a sound starts or i switch windows i hear loud clicks and pops. I followed a lot of advices but nothing changed.

Any help ?
